MHABITA Exklusive Real Estate FEES
Buying, selling as well as renting properties through MHABITA Exklusive Real Estate will cost no more than doing it by means of other real estate agents. Fees due, to buy as well as to sell a property, must be corresponded at the signature of the preliminary contract.
Fess due must be calculated on the final price and, as established by the Camera di Commercio di Catania, the 3% have to be paid from both the seller and the buyer.
If you want to rent a property through us, for one year or more, you will pay a fee, which corresponds to the rental price you will pay x one month. The owner of the property you rent, shall pay the same fee.
About touristic or short rentals, the fee will correspond to the 20% you will pay for the whole period you decide to stay. In any case, fees due must be paied in advance, when you rich the agreement and decide to "book" the house.
